Where our facts come from
We take vendor facts from official sources first: the vendor's website, its documentation, its code repository or its official social page. That covers portal addresses, button names, admin paths and licence prices.
- Reputable publications only confirm a fact; they never stand alone.
- We never use other Piso WiFi guide sites as a source.
- If a fact can't be verified, we write the step in general terms and say that vendos differ.
How we label uncertain details
Some details come from a vendor's own code rather than its website, such as the button names in a default portal theme. We say so beside the fact, because owners can change themes and labels.
Prices carry the date we read them. Explanations and tips in our own words need no source, but they never contradict an official one.
How often we re-check
We re-check every vendor fact against its source each month and update the "Last updated" date on a page only when its content changes. When a vendor changes a detail, we correct the page and the source record together.
What we never publish
- Admin logins other than the factory defaults, or any default we can't trace to a source.
- Working voucher codes, or ways to get time without paying.
- Copies of real portal designs, vendor logos, or anything that imitates a login form.
- Claims that we tested machines or have personal experience we don't have.

Corrections
Email corrections to the address on our contact page, with a link to the official source if you have one. We check it against the vendor's own documentation and fix the page when the source confirms it.
