Buy a voucher from the person who runs the vendo: the store, canteen or boarding house where the machine sits. Some owners print voucher slips for weekly or monthly access, which AdoPiSoft supports, and some portals have a Buy Voucher button.
No website, app or group can sell you a code for someone else's vendo.
How to enter a Piso WiFi voucher code
To enter a Piso WiFi voucher code, connect to the vendo WiFi, open http://10.0.0.1, type the code into the voucher box and confirm. A 10.0.0.1 Piso WiFi voucher code works only on the vendo whose owner made it.
- Join the vendo's WiFi and open the portal.
- Find the voucher box. On AdoPiSoft's default portal it's labelled Voucher Code with an Activate button; on many LPB portals it reads "Enter voucher code here..".
- Type the code exactly as printed, then tap the button next to it.
- Check that your time went up, and tap Pause later if you step away.
Why a Piso WiFi voucher code fails
A Piso WiFi voucher code fails most often because of a typing mistake, an expired or used code, or a code made for another vendo.
- A letter and a number look alike, such as O and 0, or I and 1. Check the slip again.
- The code was already used, possibly by you on another phone.
- The code expired. Owners set how long vouchers stay valid.
- It was made for a different vendo or owner.
- Your phone isn't on the vendo WiFi, so the portal can't check the code.
If it still fails, show the slip to the owner. They can look the code up in the admin page and see whether it was used.
Can you pause voucher time?
Pausing voucher time depends on the owner's settings. AdoPiSoft runs voucher time continuously unless the owner allowed pausing for it. LPB's 2019 template also had a version that hid Pause Time for customers on a voucher. If Pause vanishes after you enter a code, ask before you leave.
